My temp gauge light comes on prior to even starting the engine and continues to beep. Any thoughts on an easy fix?

Possibly a faulty sensor on the engine. Or, a faulty connection to one of them or to the gauge.
There are usually two temp sensors on the engine.
If you go to the Buy Suzuki Parts link on this forum (at the top beside the red forums button) and use it to select your year and model etc you can see a parts listing with diagrams etc. might help you to locate them on your engine and then you can test them, or at least disconnect them one at a time to see what happens to the warning light.
