Can I suggest that you get on the phone to International Marine and seek their assistance. In fact they might be best to talk to about the whole setup, its easier to sort out issues when talking to someone rather than via forum messaging.

Mike, Tyler and their crew are very knowledgeable on this networking stuff.

I was reading a post that you had a disussion with 2014DF25ARS. and at least one other gentleman. they talked about choosing their motor size.
2014DF25ARS posted he chose 40 hp until he updated his interface cable . Then was able to choose 25hp.
I have not run accross one place in the set up where i could choose the motor hp . i could choose year , but only went up to 2015.

picture #3. Is the only place i can see gph in digital form. .75gph doesnt
register well on a dial gauge that goes from 0-30gph

Regarding fuel consumption, there's a rule of thumb that an outboard will burn approx. HP/10 gals/hr when running at wide-open-throttle (WOT). So you can expect your 25HP DF25A to burn somewhere between 0-2.5 GPH, depending on throttle. I haven't noticed my idle consumption, but when I'm cruising around at 2/3 throttle, I'm usually burning about 1.25 - 1.5 GPH. At WOT I burn about 2.5 GPH.
