DF115A rough idle and slight shaking

Hello, i have problem with my df115A, in manual it says that idle should be about 650rpm, when engine is warm up, in mine i get about 700-750 rpm with engine warm up, i connect sds to see if it have any errors but not service code. Engine run fine , dont stall when it was putted into gear, only have too high rpm and have a little shaking problem. I clean throttle , iac valve, and injectors, but problem still exist.

any idea where to look?
or someone have service manual for 115A since i have only for 90A and they say that iac valve should be in 0-30% range and on mine 115A is above that but dont know for sure what it should be since i dont have 115A service manual

I think they all shake a little. Had a 2003 and a 2020 that both shoke.
