2016 DF70 ecu retune

Hi. Has anyone had any experience in reflashing the Mitsubishi ecu on a late model DF70 (mine is a 2016) to achieve more horsepower and better fuel economy?

Have a read, might work for you up to 90hp, same engines.

Thanks Murray. Same block but different cams/ecu between the 70 and 80/90. That thread also seemed geared towards replacement of a restrictor in the air intake to gain the extra HP whereas my engine doesn't appear to have one. I'll have to keep looking....

Those guys also had different ECU part numbers but it turns out that the ECUs where the same. I was thinking that if you figured out what Suzuki has done to detune the DF70 compared to the DF90 much the same as the difference between the DF40 to DF60 you'd have a starting point. Good luck.
