About a year ago I had a problem with my 2007 DF175 and spark plugs having the electrode going to 0 gap. Would replace the plug and would run great for a while and then happen again. Started on one cylinder and then started happening to two cylinders.

Thanks for the reply's that suggested that the butterfly valves in the intake manifold were breaking apart and entering the cylinder's. Spot on! One was completly gone and another was half gone.

Replaced intake manifold but really dissapointed that Suzuki say's they have never seen this problem before. Stupid $500 repair for a plastic part that probably cost 10 cents. Thank God I did it myself.

With that said I would still buy a Suzuki.
