Trim issues

[Homelite 55]

I have twin 2019 150s on a 2019 Key West. When trimming both engines up the starboard engine trims higher that the port engine. When trimming down, once the port engine reaches the trim pistons there is a slight pause until the starboard catches up, then their the same to the bottom. Coming up it reverses. The trim indicators look to be in the same location. Any help would be appreciated.
