You really need to give as much information as possible. Tell us things like
- is this something new?
- when did it start happening and what had been happening with the motor and its use before then?
- is this motor new to you or have you had it long?
- does it happen hot or cold?
- describe more fully exactly what happens when you try to start it
- what have you done already to try to solve the problems? Did anything make a difference?
- have you put fresh fuel into the tank?
And anything else you can think of.
