2018 115hp starts in gear/stays engaged in neutral

Hi, i have twin 115s. Port engine stays in gear sometimes after shifting to neutral and sometimes while start in gear. If i shift in in and out of neutral it eventually behaves.

Is there an adjustment I can make?
