DF300- No power to low pressure fuel pump

Having power issues to low pressure fuel pump. Originally thought the fuel pump was bad so swapped pump from another engine and had the same issue. Checked fuses, swapped port and center engine harnesses and no change. What are we missing that would tell the pump to come on?

The computer supplies both, battery pos and the ground, so which one have you lost, will it run if you squeeze the primer. A little bit more information would be handy.
