Have got a df175 on my fishing boat and am heading away to a fairly remote spot where the boat will be moored off the beach whilst not in use for about 12 days. It's likely that it won't be possible to flush the engine at all during my trip as there is no running water available.
Am I better off over night with the motor down so the water drains from the cooling system, or up so the leg is completely clear of the saltwater?
Thanks,
Chris.
