Hello, I just recently bought a pontoon. It has a 70HP Evinrude 4 Stroke fuel injected. Here is what I was told when I bought it, boat sat up for about 5 years. When it was pulled out it wouldn't run at all. Was told to replace the high pressure fuel pump and regulator, previous owner done this. Ok, now here is what it's doing now. Will start very easily and instantly die. Give it about half throttle and it will stay running good, if you move throttle back fast it dies but if you bring it back very slowly it will idle around 800 rpm. Motor runs great under throttle on muffs. I have cleaned fuel tank and lines but still havin this issue. Motor is e70pl4ee. Any ideas ?
