I have a 20hp Suzuki 4 stroke and I can't raise the engine when its in it's stand. I can raise it easily, by flipping a lever, when its in operation and attached to the transom, but when its in it's stand, & I want to raise it so I can put it on my boat while the boat is on the shore, I can't get it to budge from it's lowered position. What am I doing wrong?
