2010 df300 harness question

I purchased twin 2010 df300s because my ordered motor would likely not be in by the beginning of charter season . My question is can I use the twin rigging with one motor ? Bcm , switch panel etc?

Also the isolator lead let's the ecm know voltage and where does it connect?
