Need help on 1988 115dt

Motor bogs under load in the water ,but revs well on muffs in drive way
Fuel filter clear ,new spark plugs ,and no water in fuel any IDEAS ....HELP PLEASE

Let's get back to basics, this is a dt 115, 1988, and I'm guessing a carburetor version. Not the EFI motor.

Do you use any fuel additive for each tank of fuel?
How long has this problem existed, and did anything happen prior to the problem.

Has motor been sitting up for any extended period of time?

Have you purchased "cheaper" fuel recently, from an unknown supplier? Trash fuel can cause many faults?

Revving motor on muffs is not helping solve anything.

Have you tried pumping bulb when in the water and bogging?

Please explain how the motor runs when first started until it starts to bog, rpms might help, monitor light flashing could help.

What did old plugs look like when removed, how old were they when changed?

Any help on these questions could help us, on this side of a computer monitor understand your problems better.

Has been running great ,get fuel at the same place every time, no additives have been added ,bought over 1yr ago ,definitely not been sitting ,as for we fish at least 2 times a week
Motor once in water dosent want to start unless trimmed up a little...idles a little rough....
When you give it throttle it's like it hits a wall @ 3000 rpm
As for the plugs they are new...
When we got home, after it started doing this...I removed the plugs and the top cylinder plug was shiny and clean ,the rest were a little balck as to be expected with a two stroke

Has anyone messed with carbs at all.
I'm still guessing it has carbs?
As all carbs should burn evenly if not messed with, and all plugs should look exactly same.

Do you have a suzuki repair manual for this motor.
