DF60 Cooling Hose Fuel Vapour Cooler Blocked

Hi. See attached photos of a cooling line that has blocked on my DF60. It goes to something called a fuel vapour separator or something.
My engine has very low hours and I am surprised this has blocked up.

Is this a common issue on these engines?

How important is the cooling/ flow of this passage as I think it has been blocked for some time?

How do I unblock the pipe as its blocked inside the engine block if you look inside as well?

What is the copper outlet fitting called as its cracked and I need to replace it? Is it a straight forward job to push in a new one?
