Tiller to remote conversion

I have recently purchased a DF30A tiller. I want to convert it to remote. I have studied available online content and found no convenient solution. I can’t even find an online source for new parts. I have the service manual enroute. And know most of what I need. Is there anyone that is going through this as well. If not I’ll blaze the trail. My only option for the DF30 was a tiller do to “shortages” so I’m on the water but needing remote control. Any help is welcomed. Thx
