Installed a set of used 08 DF300's. When trying to calibrate the system using SDS I run into a problem. First I used BCM Initialize to remove the existing data. I then try to use System Calibration.
Per instructions I identify that it is single station dual motors. Then you are to press the PTT switch on the motor for the port engine, when you do this the button on the SDS should change to OK.
The problem is the only way I can get the button to change to OK is to use the DOWN button on the dual control. But I have to press the Starboard down button for it to change to OK not the port down.
After i hit OK and try to do the same for Starboard it does not ever change to OK.
Another weird thing is the port UP and Down do control the port UP and Down trim and same for Starboard
Also on my SMIS gauge when I press Port PTT up the gauge shows the Starboard going up. Its like the BCM isn't deleting previous data? just not sure. It is weird.
