Suzuki DF50 Service manual pages 6-61 and 6-62 makes no mention of replacing head bolts, so I'm left to assume they are okay to re-use as they are in good condition and the required torque is relatively low. Meanwhile, my friends caution against this, citing automotive applications (maybe "torque-to-yield") where head bolts were reused and failed. What do you think?
