Fuel problem?

2007 Suzuki 90, intermittent problem with losing power at half throttle to full throttle , when I squeeze the primer ball I get full power again.... but doesn’t last . I did change the fuel pump located on the back of the motor. Any suggestions? thanks

Check for cracked hoses from the fuel tank to the fuel pump, sucking in some air if it is losing prime.
