My DF200 Suzuki 4 stroke gearbox failed at 150 hours and just on 2 yrs old. It was running at abut 3500 rpm and the lower of the 2 tapered rollers on the upper bearing on the gear shaft collapsed and the engine locked up.
Fixed under warranty but as yet no explanation of the reason. Gearbox oil was perfect and it didnt hit anything.
has anybody else had a problem like this with a 200, 225 or 250?
