What should come with a new DF 140? owner manual, tool kit, prop ???

Usually dont come with a prop. Just thrust washer and nut.

I bought a new DF115 last spring, came with manual, tool kit, warranty info. Prop is sold separately. Due to the vast amount of different hull shapes and sizes, different props have to be tested to find one that gives you optimum performance. A good shop can usually get you close but you want to try one or two before you buy.
