Rev light lit

In forward gear. Rev light on, warning sound on, resets when placed in neutral.
Happens at low revs. intermittent.

Likely issue - throttle control binnacle.

Disassemble, check:

- Wiring. Corroded connection.

- faulty neutral throttle switch.
