water direction out of peehole

I have a DF90A on a 2010 flats cat. when I turn to starboard, the water coming out of the peehole shoots into the boat and soaks a rod holder (and a rod if it is in it) and the livewell. It is not a big deal because it drains directly out of the boat but is there a way to change the direction from a 45 deg downward stream to another direction??

On mine you just turn the black plastic cap and turn the hole to point where you want it. It will turn easy with your fingers.

On my DF70, the pee hole is 360 degree's of choice.
