Stiff Throttle on 115hp

The throttle on my 2005 Suzuki 115hp has become very stiff and hard to shift from forward to neutral to reverse. I have seen exploded diagrams of the throttle but have not seen a tension pin or some other specific part that might help to address that stiffness. Any advice or suggestions would be most welcome. Thanks.

I have a 2006 DF140 had same problem a few years back had to replace the cables works fine now !

Likely the cables are due to be changed.
