Hi I am new here!
Just re=power my boat with a new DF250 few days ago, it run all good when I test with the dealer and the mechanic. The problem come after the 1st run, seems the engine begin to surge when rpm reach 4000, I have a video here:
https://youtu.be/M9gmmGs3UHA
at first we think that it is the fuel problem, so I clean my fuel tank, check the filter, check the fuel host, and the problem still exist. after make sure the fuel system has no problem, I try to use a new handheld fuel tank and directly connect the outboard and the problem is still there.
does it mean that the new machine has problem? e.g. the vast filter, low pressure or high pressure pump something like that? but the outboard is brand new! anyone can tell?
