90-91 DT65 now has spark but won’t fire

I had a cdi wiring issue where the previous owner connected a couple of bullet terminals incorrectly and there was no spark. I found the fault and now have good spark on all plugs.
Now it has no fuel mixture to ignite. The engine is turning but not firing.
Any ideas on the problem? And how do I test the throttle sensor.

Sounds like carbs need to be soaked good, then the air & fuel passages need to be blown clean, along with the jets. If your low pressure fuel pump's not working, you may have problems getting fuel to carbs as well.

If you do inspect the fuel pump, look closely at the clear discs used as check-valves (not included in rebuild kits, only available in new pumps), if the discs are broken, pieces may be lodged on back-side of needle valve seat (common problem if discs are fragmented).
