My 2017 Suzuki 140 starts right up, idles as usual, runs slow--out of no wake zone after launch, then when I throttle up it sputters and stalls out. Gas ball is not sucked flat, I changed low pressure fuel filter. Any ideas.

Has the motor been sitting up, are you using ethanol with seafoam, or another additive in every tank of fuel? Sounds like maybe a fuel regulator, or dirty high pressure filter problem?

Yes. It’s under warranty until 2024. I was hoping to maybe learn something. I have a service schedule request pending. I do treat the fuel with star tron fuel treatment. It ran perfectly the first two outings of the year. This was the 3rd time out.Comment
