Suzuki DF200 engine trim and tilt at the helm station only works when key is on

Hello new user here please forgive me still learning the site

I'm trying to figure out why trim and tilt now only works when the key is turned to the on position

is there anything else not working until the key is turned?

My 2015 DF250 trim will only work from helm with key on. Works any time at motor.
