I have a 2018 DF9.9B that started having a problem obtaining high power. All had been fine,no issues then it sputtered a couple of times and will not reach full power. I did not receive any alarms, throttle will advance fully but RPM is low in full fwd and reverse. All fluid levels are fine, use non ethanol fuel, spark plugs look fine,plenty water coming out of pee hole. Swapped out fuel tank and hose,no help,added fuel injector cleaner and fast idled for about 20 mins ( a bit smoother at min idle now),fuel filter is a few months old but from appearance looks fine. Not an outboard tech by any means so any help would be greatly appreciated. Maybe Low Pressure pump?
