Would help to know a little more about your motor... year model, carbs/EFI, maybe a little history of motor on when this started happening?
We can not see, or feel out this problem without your help? This is a computer screen I'm looking at?
Good luck, post back on what you have.

Thank you for responding is a 1989 DT115. I bought it and it was already doing this so I'm not sure when it began. The previous owner took off the oil mixture system. Not sure if that was done properly. I'll try to get photos haven't figured out how to do that yet.

Hiccups are usually related to idle air mixture screws. Those passages have to be clean to get the proper air fuel mixture for each cylinder, and all carbs should have identical mixture screw settings by the manual.
Good luck, post back on what you find out.
