I just changed a 25 Mercury to a Df30atl2 on my 11 foot whaler. When I go to turn the key over I get one loud beep when I turn it to on and the 3 lights on the motor light up red for a second then the beep stops and the lights cut off. When I turn the key to crank the motor nothing happens. If I turn the key to on and try to pull start the motor the control body beeps 3 times and it never cranks. Everything is brand new, engine, fuel, control body, fuel tank. I called the suzuki dealer and he told me he would check the throttle cables. I took the control cables off at the motor and at the controller and still the same thing. I put a battery jump box on the battery just to make sure the battery had enough charge, but still nothing. Any ideas? Thank you
