Evinrude 9.9HP 4 stroke ??

I heard that Suzuki had taken over making the evinrude 9.9hp 4 stoke engine.
If this is true can I get the fuel pump ( 435352). for this motor from Suzuki ?? There isn't any place I can get an replacement for this motor because Eninrude stopped making al replacement parts.l
My Evinrude motor is E10FRElev

Evinrude never made a 4 stroke outboard - the only 4 stroke Evinrudes were rebadged Suzuki's.

But that relationship ceased many, many years ago now. You never mentioned what year your motor was.

So if you have a 9.9 Evinrude 4 stroke e it will be all Suzuki under the cowl.

Use the link to Suzuki parts at the top of the forum and using the model year for your motor you should be able to look up part numbers for the correct fuel pump for your engine.

Thank you for you reply... Strange that Evinrude didn't tell me this when I ask them about how to get a replacement for my engine.

I replaced only the diaphragm for many years but the check valves popped out and I didn't want to take the chance of putting them back again.
