I have a '88 Hydrasports 2500 WA with '05 Suzuki DF300, run out of Biloxi, MS, back bay and out front mostly to barrier islands. Running across the front side last week and engine shut down, It said overheat on screen then went to chk engine 7-3 and check thr sys. Water pump was working perfect, pumping solid stream. This threw the engine in "limp mode", made it into dock to pick up, didn't show overheat again. Also started producing extreme amount of air out of exhaust, not the normal quiet idle.
After unhooking at home, climbed up and turned on key, screen showed engine code of 7-2, Ideas?
