Boat will start right up and run great for hours then when I come in to dock and turn off won’t start again until I wait for 20 mins or so. I have twins on it and the other runs just fine. New batteries and new service.. I saw someone in 2017 posted similarities but never saw an outcome. Any ideas?

Sounds like there is not enough air bypassing the throttle plate when it is hot, next time you take it out and it won't start when it is hot, press the manual throttle switch and open the throttle a small amount and see if it starts, if it does that will give you some direction to take. Could be as simple as the iac valve not moving enough steps to allow enough air for a hot start.
