This engine has about 10hrs. on it. First day out it was showing 3-6 after about 8mins idling. The dealer had it for 6 weeks, finally changed ECM and fixed it. This weekend while idling waiting for buddy to park trailer it happened again. I ran about 18miles each way to fishing spot and back the next 2 days and it never happened again. The boat ran flawlessly. I kept the RPMs about 4800 to 5200 just cruising to put some hours on the motor. Any opinions on why the code showed up?

Clean or replace sender oxygen

I really cant offer much.
It sounds like it is running OK now, after that one errant code?
Possibly, after they finally replaced the ecu and O2 sensor, maybe the battery was low - that can cause erratic codes, so perhaps the long run you subsequently did has charged the battery up and its now good.
One thing we know is that these engines NEED a really good battery that is fully charged. Plus, all battery connections kept clean and tight (if your battery has wing nuts replace them with proper nuts you can tighten with a spanner). So check that and use a good automatic charger to keep the start battery charged up between uses.
Otherwise it the problem recurs - back to the dealer. Ask them to involve the regional Suzuki technical rep.
Let us know how it goes.
