  • DF30ATL for re-power on pontoon boat parts needed

I ordered a new DF30ATL for a 20' Pontoon boat hat had a 94' Evinrude 40. The motor comes with a side mount control and I believe it comes with a wire harness also. My boat has a Binnacle control so I ordered a new Binnacle kit from Suzuki 67000-93J05. Do I need the mounting kit 67130-95J02? I know I am going to need new cables for shift/throttle. Are the shift and throttle cable ends on the motor and control or will I need to order them if I get universal cables? I also ordered a drag link 67700-95J01 and a TACH W/ Monitor lights 99105-80101. Will the harness that comes with the side controller work with the Binnacle control? What will I need to hookup the tach with the monitor functions? A special cable? I am trying to get everything ordered and ready to go, my motor will be here on 9/22/16. Has anyone been through this regarding a Suzuki re-power from another engine brand?
    HELP?

Your motor will come with threaded end connectors for both ends of a pair of standard control cables.

        Df30atl

I received my new motor via Porta Bote, fantastic company so far. 6 year warranty, fast shipping.
For those who want to know what this motor comes with, which I wanted to know and couldn't get answers. (wiring connectors, drag link, etc,)
Motor comes with a complete wiring harness that has plugs for a Tachometer w/monitor functions, a plug for a trim gauge, and I believe a connection for a hour meter or volt meter. It also came with a drag link, fuel tank with gauge, fuel hose, prop, tool kit and manual. I bought Yamaha control cables from a local dealer that had 15's in stock. These are a premium universal type 33c cable. I had purchased a tachometer harness and a drag link via the internet ahead of time so I could get this project finished quickly and now have to sell them on Ebay.
I managed to put on 1.35 hours on it the first day in the water. It's very peppy, responds quickly, is SUPER QUIET, I love it, great motor!!
I am keeping it below 3,000 rpm per the break in instructions.
