Are ECM's really the same between DF200 225 and 250

I have a 2004 John-zuki 225. I am assuming it has the same programming as the DF225. The part for the ECM us 33920-93J36 which is the same between the 3 models. However, the repair manual is littered with differences between the models in areas I assume would change the ECM programming

Examples:
250 is a VVT model
200225 have 1 CMP Sensor while the 250 has 3
Ignition timing for the 200 and 250 is 0deg to BTDC 26 deg
Ignition timing for the 225 is 0deg to BTDC 25deg
250's have an OCV sensor
Cam height varies between all models

I'm having a hard time finding the 225 as luck would have it. Seeing lots of 200 and 250 ECMs. Thoughts or experience appreciated!

I am bumping this to see if anyone knows the answer. Yes the part numbers are the same, but I cannot comprehend that the 200s, 225s, and 250's are programmed the same... are they interchangeable, yay or nay?
