resetting oil change reminder

On my 2012 DF90A I cleared the reminder alarm/light but ran the motor for another approximate 30 hours. So, now when I change the oil is there a way to get the alert system to start counting from zero??
If I go through the clearing process without it being activated will that work?? Thanks

Yes, Once you follow the oil reset procedure it automatically will reset to zero hours and start the counting process up to 100 hrs. before the alarm will activate. I just changed mine after 70 hours and went through the reset procedure.
