Hello,
I have read a lot of threads here about tilt and trim problems so I was reluctant to start a new topic on it, but I still cant figure out exactly what is wrong with mine. I have a 2011 DF90 and it will trim up just enough to not let the cavitation plate come completely out of the water. It stops moving up at that point but the pump motor sounds like it is continuing to pump. Remote switch and motor mounted switch is the same. It will trim down with either switch and I can use the plastic trim limiter to set the down limit. I have SMIS guages and have tried the procedure to clear the up limit. The fluid level in the pump is completely full.
Any ideas as to what I need to do next to fix (or find) the problem would be greatly appreciated.
