1999 DT 150 two stroke I pulled the #4 injector and did a bench test all is clean and working? Plug looks like i just pulled it out of the box’s after a day of running. Could I have lost the injector driver for just one cylinder?

Probably not. What were the symptoms, and did you check compression, spark on that cylinder? Also, i have had new plugs right out of the box that failed to fire at all?
Post back on what you find out. -
Compression is 100-105 all cylinders
checked spark
checked injector pulse today and test light fires with injector
symptom is drop in fuel economy and #4 cylinder spark plug
looks new out of the box after 5 hr on the water.

Check fuel pressure, regulator may be low, or possibly filter screens blocked/dirty? Has motor been sitting up for extended period? Possibly dirty screen going to high pressure fuel pump?
I don't believe any problem with computer, or injector. Most likely with fuel pressure, flow, or spark to that cylinder?
