Good afternoon everyone, I am writing because I have a suzuki df 150hp, and for about a year, the engine rarely turns off, or even without turning off, the console lights come on without any reason.
After reading the wiring diagram, I could see that there could be some drop in the ship-to-motor connection tab, I replaced that tab and soldered the direct wires with tin.
There are also times that when starting the engine instead of whistling once, ask twice, it is not due, could the batteries be? It is 2 of 77ah and 3 or 4 years old. The engine has 700 hours. I don't know what to think, the only thing that the switchboard is failing. A greeting to everyone, I write from the Canary Islands.
