Does anyone know if you can boost a 2004 df50 up to a 60?Cheers

Not 100% sure about the 50/60hp scenario, but recently asked my friendly Suzuki mechanic whether its possble to upgrade the DF100 to 115 - them both being the same engines but just tuned differently.
The answer was yes, is possible, but requires new engine mgt computer and possibly new camshaft plus a few other things. Bottom line: cost more to do that it would be worth, cheaper to trade in DF100 and buy a new DF115.
I suspect you might find a similar situation with the DF50/60, especially if engine mgt computers are involved.
In the old days, with some carby 2 strokes it was just a case of shifting a carby linkage or 2 and adjusting the timing - but not any more....

2001-2009 DF40 and DF50 are same 3-cyl 814cc engines, DF60 is a 4cylinder. So that will be impossible to convert.
New 2010 DF40A, DF50A and DF60A have 941cc 3cyl engine. However also in this case you may need new computer, camshafts and maybe several other parts.
