Part ID??

Can anyone tell me what the part is on the engine pan below the spot where you can hook your hose up to? (DF140)

Its a plate held in by 2x 10mm bolts. I can see it on the engine pan parts display but its not named? Does anyone know what it is?

water pressure valve

That would be the Water Pressure valve, I may need a little persuasion to get it out
