May need new DF140

[reel compromise]

My 2004 DF140 had an electrical fire on the way back from an offshore fishing trip. The stator,ECM,harness ,rectifier and starter were melted. It may be that insurance will total or just partially pay for repairs($4-5K estimate ). oh-it appears that the fire started in the stator to rectifier harness connector (my choice of words)
So I am looking for a used DF140 or alot of used parts-any advice will be appreciated.

12-10-10 BoatUS came through with flying colors-covered everything {$5200 estimate) minus my deductible.
Parts are ordered and engine is at my dealer.
