DF 140 4 stroke

I trying to pull my power head off for a rebuild.
I have NOT pulled the cyl head yet.
I took all bolts off under engine holder. But cant get it loose.
Are there bolts under head or front water jacket cover hidden from view I'm not seeing. Does the cams, chains and head have to come off before the block?

Need strength to pull out the block . I have done the same job one year ago.

There should be 16 bolts and it should come off
