Change 115 to 140

I have a 2019 115 hp. A friend of mine said the 140 and 115 are identical and there was a way to upgrade my 115 to a 140. Is that possible?

You are not going to gain anything noticable. 140 turns 200 RPM faster, but has only 1-2 Newton Meters more Torque.

ECM and I believe Cam Shafts are different, Also Transom Bracket is lighter on the 140.
