Put digital gauges on and have them networked thru nema 2000. The fuel burn rate for two 175hp is .03 or 20 gallons per hour? I think they are only reading one engine? What do I need to look for? At one time it read 2.5 gallons per mile now its .05

Please read the sticky thread at the top of the forum on Suzuki networks.
There is a paper attached that explains important info that is relevant to getting fuel flow correct, including matching the interface cable software version with the engine year, and then configuring the network correctly.
I suspect that your answer will lie in those areas.

what kind of fuel flow device are you using?
If it is the type that is spliced into the fuel line, they do not work with our engines.
there is inconsistent fuel flow to make them work correctly
