2009 Suzuki DF70A Check Engine sensor

My 2009 Suzuki DF70A Check Engine sensor continues to alarm. I've had the engine in an authorized Suzuki dealer shop twice this summer. They've assured me that there is nothing in the computerized readings and they can't replicate the warning lights and alarms in the shop. Is it possible I have a bad sensor?

what is the error code that it is sending?

how many hours do you have on it since the last oil change?
and/or was the oil change reminder reset at the last oil change?
