I have this DF70 and it idles and runs fine at mid throttle. When I go to speed it goes up to 5100 RPMs for a few seconds and drops back to 4100. I assume it is a fuel problem. I have replaced the high pressure filter and pump. The low pressure pump is pumping fuel as it should. I have a water seperator filter outside the engine and it is new. I found another filter near where the fuel enters. It appears to be a water seperator also. If my problem is in fact a fuel issue what have I missed?
