20 hp four stroke drips oil

My one year old (50 hr) 20 hp leaves a small oil stain on the garage floor every time it sits for a few days. My buddy has the same engine and his does the same thing. His mechanic told him at 20 hr service the seals were still setting and it was normal. Mine seems to be getting worse? What can be done new seals?

If you can locate where oil is dripping from, then take it back to dealer and show them, should still be warranty problem.
